You can find me teaching my signature In Motion class at Kin Culture every Tuesday 930am, Thursday 7:05am, and Saturday 8:00am! It’s the perfect intersection between mobility. strength, and kettlebell conditioning. All levels welcome and you know I’d absolutely love to Move with you!
